Welcome to the House Robbery job guide — a stealth-based illegal activity where you infiltrate civilian homes, steal high-value items, and sell them for dirty cash. Operated through underground contacts, this job is perfect for players who enjoy tension, planning, and high-stakes roleplay.

🛠️ Requirements​

Before you begin:

  • 🧢 Must be in a gang
  • 🎒 Any level of backpack (to carry stolen goods)
  • 🔓 Lockpick – Required to start the break-in
  • ⏱️ 0 hours of gameplay time — available immediately

💡 Tip: Larger backpacks let you carry more loot — upgrade when possible.

📍 Step 1: Get a Target​

  • Open your map and locate the "Plan a House Robbery" NPC
  • Talk to them to receive a house target assignment

You’ll get:

  • Exact location of the house
  • Brief intel on possible high-value items inside

🔐 Step 2: Break Into the House​

  • Travel to the house (avoid arriving in suspicious vehicles)
  • Approach the door and press G
  • Select "Break In" and complete the lockpick mini-game

🚨 As soon as you succeed, LEO dispatch is triggered. You have limited time before police arrive!

Upon success, you’ll be teleported inside the house.

🎯 Step 3: Loot the House​

Inside, look for red circles indicating lootable items:

  • 💍 Jewelry
  • 🖼️ Artwork
  • 🍷 Expensive Wine
  • 💻 Electronics
  • 📦 Valuables

For each:

  • Interact and complete a quick mini-game (e.g., search, unlock, pack)
  • Item is added to your backpack

🕰️ Work fast! Police will raid the house in 3–5 minutes, depending on location.

🚪 Step 4: Escape & Sell​

Once you’re done:

  • Exit the house manually (no teleport out — you must flee on foot or by vehicle)
  • Avoid cops during your escape — getting arrested means losing all loot

Then:

  • Go to the "Merchant - Illegal Goods" NPC (marked on map)
  • Sell your stolen items for dirty cash

💵 Payout depends on item rarity — a single painting could be worth thousands.

  • No laundering system — dirty cash can only be traded with players
  • Use earnings to:
    • Fund gang operations
