🚖 Taxi Driver

Welcome to the Taxi Driver job guide. A dynamic and interactive roleplay opportunity that lets you explore the city, meet new players, and earn cash by providing transportation services.

Whether you own a car or not, you can start driving immediately — multiple options available!

🛠️ Requirements​

Before you begin:

  • ⏱️ 1 hours of gameplay time on server
  • 🚗 B Class Driver’s License – Obtain from the DMV

✅ Open to all players — with or without personal vehicles.

📍 Step 1: Start the Job​

To begin:

  • Open your menu: Press M → Go to Jobs → Select Taxi Driver, OR
  • Navigate to the Taxi Fleet marker on your map

You have two options for your vehicle:

🚗 Option 1: Use Your Personal Vehicle​

  • Any suitable car in your garage can be used
  • No cost — just show up and start working
  • Great for players who already own sedans, luxury cars, or vans

🚕 Option 2: Rent a Taxi (No Car? No Problem!)​

  • Rent a designated taxi for $500 (refundable)
  • Vehicle is available for the full shift
  • Return it to the depot when done

💡 Both options are valid — choose what works for you!

📞 Step 2: Receive Taxi Requests​

While inside your vehicle (personal car or rented taxi), press G to open the Taxi Order Menu.

You’ll see two types of requests:

  • 🙋 Player Requests – Real players needing a ride
  • 🧍 NPC Requests – Civilians in need of transport

Select a request to accept the fare and receive the pickup location.

🚶 Step 3: Pick Up & Deliver Customers​

  1. Drive to the pickup location
  2. Wait for the customer (player or NPC) to enter
  3. Drive safely to the destination
  4. Upon arrival, you’ll automatically receive payment

💵 Fare depends on distance and traffic conditions.
